Incorporated her business as Hoffmann-Rondeau Communications Inc. which offers marketing and management services, organizational strategies for small business, seminars and training in business start-up and communication, production and self-publishing services of specialized books. Joined the millions of other businesses in the Internet highway. Published "Contextual Communication, Organization and Training". Delivered various seminars in business start-up, management and communication services, through businesses, non-profit organizations, community groups, Boards of Trade, Boards of Education, Federal Business Development Bank, and local charitable groups and churches.
Under her own DMH Management business, promoted and delivered personal and business improvement programs and seminars to business and corporate executives in partnership with Success Motivation Institute.
